We want you to be happy with your purchase! If the products you selected didn’t work out, you received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or seasonal items will not be refunded.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Currently we ship to locations only in the United States. However, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are out of the country and we will do our best to accommodate you!
We offer local delivery to the city of Chicago. To see if your shipping location is eligible for local delivery, click here.
If eligible, there will be an option to select Local Delivery when checking out.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to the standard processing time.
Expected delivery times are given as a guide only and unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed.
On occasion, it may be possible for us to rush your order. Please contact us before placing your order if this is something you require.
Sorry to hear that! However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package in transit. Please contact the carrier. We would be happy to provide you with any information about the carrier.
Due to concerns of possible fraud with address changes, we are not able to change an address on an order that has already been placed. What we can do is cancel the original order and ask that you place it again with the correct address.
Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation. If your order has not been fulfilled, most of the time, we can cancel your order. However, if an order has been processed/fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate to avoid this happening but in rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP. If we don’t get a response from you within 2 business days, we will issue a refund of the out-of-stock item(s) and go ahead and ship the rest of the items, in order to avoid shipping delays.
We try to anticipate demand as best as possible. However, sometimes certain items sell out quickly. Contact us at email@example.com so we can let you know when it's expected to be back in stock.
